An important experience facilitating leadership training dynamics with very diverse groups: Native Brazilians (Indigenous); people from NGOs, Government, private companies and communities; public and private schools; communicators; speakers participating in Rio+20 Summit; curious citizens; children, young and old people, academic staff; families...
A great challenge in promoting positive social interactions was to integrate such a diverse group, to work together and to reach to conclusions about leadership for sustainability. And all of that while having fun. What a good time!
I would like to thank UNITED NATIONS and all its team the invitation and the opportunity to speak in this conference. It was a great honor to have the opportunity to learn, to share my work and my thoughts at RIO+20.
