Commentary

An important experience facilitating leadership training events with very diverse groups: indigenous people; members of NGOs; government; companies; communities; public and private schools; RIO+20 speakers; children; young and old people, academics; families.

A great challenge: To integrate so diverse a group, to work together and achieve conclusions about leadership for sustainability. All that while having fun, good times and amazing conclusions such as the importance of authenticity in leadership!
