Spain youth unemployment rate is around 40% (Instituto Nacional de Estadística, 2017). Our main aims are to foster entrepreneurial culture and improve employability in order to manage social and environmental impacts.
These specific training programmes focus on entrepreneurship and leadership. We combine the inspiration of young people, and the experience of external practitioners, educators, volunteers and retired employees from Repsol to deliver experiential trainning programmes - participative, dynamic and based on real case studies - that help people to think and act differently to manage social and environmental impacts. 'We go with you on your journey'. 1.500 participants received training, advisory and coaching. Selected startups are supported with finantial resources.
The project is delivered in A Coruña, Ciudad Real, Murcia and Tarragona.
